I just deleted a nameserver from the "Manage Nameserver IPs" list. After I delete, it display a message that indicate "The ip XX.XX.XXX.XXX is now ready for re-use as a diffrent nameserver". But when I access the "Manage Nameserver IPs" list again, the nameserver still display on that page. Any idea why this problem happening please?

The /etc/wwwacct.conf file, only have the host nameservers.
    I'm talking about resellers nameservers.

A little known fact is that anyone can use any Nameserver when registering a Domain name. Why people do it doesn't really matter as it's easy to shut them down at the source -- your Server.

    open /etc/nameserverips
remove unwanted nameservers and put the IP back to =0
    save and close
    now use: chattr +i /etc/nameserverips

This ensures that nobody uses your IPs for Namservers unless you want them to. You'll also have to remember to use:

    chattr -i /etc/nameserverips

when you want to edit the file, then lock the file back up again with chattr +i

The above method avoids many problems and is much preferable over using WHM for any Nameserver editting.
