Help with transfering

Hello, I'm new here.
I have the cPanel X and I have an Invision forum that is hosted by Forumer.com. I would like to keep my forum, but make my site be the homepage for my forums. Is there a way to transfer forums over? Or is there a way to start an Invision board on my new site. Please reply with as much detail as possible

You have to request a MySQL backup of the database, so you can include (=restore) it on your newly created board.
