You can check the routing for an email address on the server by doing the following:

    Code:
    exim -bt emailuser@domain.com
Where emailuser is the email account username and domain.com is the domain name. If you show any errors when running this command in root SSH on the server where the email account is located, please provide the error message.

Please also check the following in root SSH:

    Code:
    /scripts/whoowns domain.com
Again, replace domain.com with the domain name. This is simply to check the email account has the right ownership for that domain.
