    hi i need help with my webmail i can send email but i can t recieve any emails so please help me

    when i try to send email from my gmail account to my cpanel email i got [Technical details of permanent failure:
    Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 No Such User Here (state 14).

    That is the error, No Such User. Verify the cpanel address exists.

    You can check the routing for an email address on the server by doing the following:

    Code:
    exim -bt emailuser@domain.com
    Where emailuser is the email account username and domain.com is the domain name. If you show any errors when running this command in root SSH on the server where the email account is located, please provide the error message.

    Please also check the following in root SSH:

    Code:
    /scripts/whoowns domain.com
    Again, replace domain.com with the domain name. This is simply to check the email account has the right ownership for that domain.
