    I have done a booboo!

If it can be fixed without formatting that would be great!

    My delima is this!

    /dev/hda6 2.0G 33M 1.8G 2% /tmp
    /dev/hda1 244M 8.2M 223M 4% /boot
    /dev/hdc1 14G 305M 13G 3% /var
    /dev/hda5 2.9G 768M 2.0G 28% /
    /dev/hda7 46G 1.6G 42G 4% /home
    /dev/hda2 20G 1.5G 17G 9% /usr

    /dev/hdc1 14G 305M 13G 3% /var was supposed to be on /dev/hda

Is there anyway I can fix this if not ok. Well basically hdc is 60gb drive and I had put in for the sole purpose to make backup drive for my daily backups. Just during the install and after transfering all accounts I finally was ready to create my backup procedures and ran into this problem.

Is there a way to make the backup partition on this drive without deleteing the var partition? There is still alot of empty space on there that is not being used. Please can someone help! I don't want to have to start all over again. I have formatted twice already first time was for other reasons.

Please anyone with a solution wouldbe greatly appreciated!
