When I type in the Cpanel number to my site it states that there is not a site for it. But I can get into file manager and so forth but I cannot see anything that I have uploaded and it will not see the inde that has been created. I called Cpanel tech support tand they told me I have to call the host and they only have an email support.
You shouldn't be contacting cPanel support anyway - only people who purchase a license for the control panel for their dedicated servers can do that. As you've been told, you need to contact your web hosting provider. If you don't like the way they provide support, move to someone that does.
