help!!!!!!

I just Switched my vps to a new company.
i have Anonymous Ftp is currently: disabled in whm and cpanel.
now when i go to my site. ftp.mysite.com
it logs it anonymously and dosn't prompt for a user name or password.
It does that for all my sites on the vps.
ftp.mysite.com
ftp.mysite2.com

The FTP is Disabled in WHM/ Cpanel to
can someone please help me.

if using IE then right click the internet explorer window and press login as ... then input login/pass :)

suggestion to use some ftp client as flashfxp or cuteftp.
