I just got iPanel. I ran the cPanel Diagnostics on iPanel because I couldn't connect. It gives me the following output.
CPanel Server Connectivity Test
Please wait while your connection is tested. This may take a few moments...

SSL supported OK
Socket functions available OK
Testing plaintext connection to CPanel server romeo.circleserve.com on port 2086 OK
Testing plaintext socket write OK
Testing plaintext socket read OK
Testing plaintext result code Failed
HTTP error received: 403 Forbidden
This likely indicates a problem with your CPanel server.
Testing SSL connection to CPanel server romeo.circleserve.com on port 2087 OK
Testing SSL socket write OK
Testing SSL socket read OK
Testing SSL result code Failed
HTTP error received: 403 Forbidden
This likely indicates a problem with your CPanel server.

iPanel/iHost will not be able to communicate with your CPanel server until the above issues are resolved.

Why do I get those 403 errors? What are those result codes? How do I make it work? Please help me!

I can see that. But it has nothing to do with iPanel. It has to do with my cPanel Install....

No clue, I don't use iPanel. For more Info on those errors you'll need to ask iPanel what the messages mean. 403 forbidden speaks for itself, you are not allowed to connect to the server in the manner you're trying to connect.

They do have a KB and ticket system you might want to know about here:
