Hi every one im a new user i and i have to beginers questions about cpanel please if any one can help please help

1 question = can i upload a webpage using cpanel

2 question = can i buy a cpanel after log in the host that i ave from oher websites

3 question = can i uplaod software etc using cpanel

Yes. You can use an ftp client, or cPanel's built-in "File Manager": http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cpanel/Uploading_files_to_your_site.htm

2 question = can i buy a cpanel after log in the host that i ave from oher websites

No - Your host will need to be with a cPanel host since cPanel is software that is installed on the server, which also requires root access. You cannot install cPanel on your individual hosting account (besides which, a licence "per website" would be rather expensive!!)

3 question = can i uplaod software etc using cpanel

Yes - You can upload binaries the same as any other file. (see 1.) Ensure that the software you are uploading doesn't break the Acceptable Use Policy of your particular web host. cPanel has a number of "addon scripts" that can make installation of common scripts quick and simple: http://www.cpanel.net/docs/cpanel/Scripts_Library.htm
