    Park sub.domain.tld to the domain and it should be viewable.

    Would you be able to let us know the subdomain so we can check the DNS entries and nameservers for it? Without being able to see the actual DNS details, it is difficult to determine why it might not be working after you've created the subdomain in cPanel > Subdomains area. Thanks!
