Search for hiddenroom on that file and you will get one of the features (with no code about how to do that). Note that it says that you still need to have the account password (and the code) to copy the accounts.
Probably this will be very good for automation and scripting where big webserver clusters are installed. Unfortunately the cpanel scripting documentation is almost inexistent.

These are features that are not yet ready for prime time. At current. there is nothing in there.
