Hi,

Is there any way to hide websites which are hosted by IP address?

http://www.domaintools.com/reverse-ip/

enter an IP address and some sites hosted will be shown.

There are 254 domains hosted on this IP address.
Here are a few of them:

domain.com
domain.net
domain.org
domain.cc

Thanks

The full list you would get in webhosting.info

I think there is an apache security rule or some how to do it..

Any clue would be appreciated.

Thanks

:( there are fix for that issue

because they are use multi hide dns server's and they cached the reverse ip

that issue iam sure it was from DNS server not from apache

many time i do research how to hide that information but nothing until now also i check on dnforum.com and WHT and all other technical forums nothing can fix that issue

if you know what is DNS's server used by name intelligent you can add that dns to denay list on your firewall and it will stop resolve domain so it will not show any information

but you need to know what is ip's of name intelligent dns use and block it

They probably are using multiple graphically located stations to collect these data. Blocking their IP address may introduce us to some issues with clients overseas.

Some dirty hands experts are needed here.

Thanks kuwaitnt.
