High availability and load balancing

Is there any way to configure high available and load balanced cPanel hosting solution,
and if there is a need for an additional license for that?
Or is there any other solution?

There is no provision built into cPanel for load-balancing or clustering (other than DNS clustering), but some users have been able to manually create such configurations. You may also want to see the following thread:
