High consume of memory of Tomcat

    Dear all,

    I'm having problem with tomcat 5.5.

    I installed tomcat via WHM. The installation occured with perfection, however the consume of memory is very high.

    I need know like reduce this consume.

    Do we can help me, please?

    Tomcat uses a JVM and does consume large quantities of memory. If you aren't on a system with at least 2GB of memory, then Tomcat is not the ideal choice for such an environment.

    One more question. What configuration to run tomcat in minimal?
