high cpu usage for newly installed wordpress site without traffic

Help please i'm having a very high cpu usage around 40 - 80% on my newly installed wordpress site. This site has a poor theme modification so it was using a lot of cpu and memory usage so I decided to just delete it and start from scratch. But now it's still using a lot of resources and when I check Apache Status lots of entry is

http/1.1 mysite.com:80 GET /embed/refresh.mp4 HTTP/1.1

but that file and the script related to the file is already gone in my server since I terminated the account and created it again. any solution for this as my other sites are getting affected by the high resources usage

your thread is valid because I have also facing the problem of high cpu usage on my WordPress site.
To overcome this problem we will use responsive WordPress themes on our websites.
