high load need technician

    Holo:
    I have an vps server with cpanel. Today I have 7 hours with high load average (from 4 to 20). I don't know what is the problem. I need a technician for solve it.
    Could you help me?

    Hi Gnomo,

    Sure I will help you but will you please run the top command on your server and see which service or daemon is creating the load, paste the result here.

    The problem is that I cannot view which service has de problem. Apparently all is ok.
    It's possible the problem would be the vps?

    Hello :)

    The following option is available in Web Host Manager to get an idea of which processes are using the most CPU/Memory per day:

    "WHM >> Server Status >> Daily Process Log"

    You may also want to consult with your VPS hosting provider to determine if there are any faults with the VPS hardware node.
