    Hi,

since a couple of days my cpanel server (VPS) has a very high load without reason. No programs are consuming high memory or cpu. Load is constant around 20, and due the high load a number of services are failing

This is the result of top:

    Code:
    top - 19:59:31 up 55 min, 2 users, load average: 20.51, 20.68, 16.59
    Tasks: 146 total, 1 running, 145 sleeping, 0 stopped, 0 zombie

I'm trying to discover the cause of the high load. Since I don't see processes consuming high amount of cpu or mem, where can I start looking?

    Thanks!
