high load problem

in the last three days when i look at cpu memory usage i found

mailman 3.91 1.93 0.0
Top Process %CPU 16.0 /usr/bin/python -S /var/mailman/cron/gate_news
Top Process %CPU 15.0 /usr/bin/python -S /var/mailman/cron/gate_news
Top Process %CPU 14.0 /usr/bin/python -S /var/mailman/cron/gate_news

these on top how can i trace which user is using them
