My server load was in perfect control before WHM told me that the security of the Apache I was using had been compromised. I did the recompile and updated WHM to the latest CURRENT version. The next thing I know, MySQL processes simply won't die. They kept on growing until MySQL crashes because of too much resources used.

I downgraded it to the latest STABLE version but still the same. There was a MySQL patch yesterday (4.0.20) but it didn't address this issue I am having. The load problem never happened before the upgrade. Same account, same usage. I believe there has to be something wrong with the WHM upgrade. This affects all my servers. Please help.
