high server load and crontab

    high server load and possible reasons (mailman..)

    Hi
    my server load is sometimes over 100
    i have searched forum and read some posts but I coudnt see an answer for me.

    I see everytime that "eximstats failed" when my server load is high. I dont know if eximstats is the reason.


    crontab -e
    than I see this info
    my server load is sometimes up 200 but I cannot find the reason , thanks for any suggestion.

    my server : p4 2gb 512 ram redhat9 cpanel...

    my daily u.visitors less than 5000, bandwith less than 5 gb

    I dont use mailman but I saw this one in "Show Current Running Processes"

    Does it mean that someone make spam on my server?
