High Server Load issue

    dear friends, my server loading every day high user time,my sql is loading

    Pid Owner Priority CPU % Memory % Command
    4816 (Trace) (Kill) mysql 6

    74.19 0.40 /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/usr --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --plugin-dir=/usr/lib64/mysql/plugin --user=mysql --log-error=/var/lib/mysql/ns1.example.com.err --open-files-limit=10000 --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/ns1.example.com.pid --socket=/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock

    how to fix this issue, please help me, i am facing this issue more 1 month
