I run a website which has a simple tennis game on it in the form of an interactive Flash SWF movie. I want some way of holding the name of the current highest scorer and his score, and to overwrite these as necessary from the SWF file.
Can anyone provide a suggestion, preferably in words of one syllable as this is an area I have no experience in.
    Thanks in advance
    Nickoby

You'd need to do something with the flash game itself to interact with a database. Certainly out of the scope of these forums.

If you are using a popular CMS or forum for your site, there are arcade addons available that might be able to work for you, but there again, this sort of support is out of the scope of these forums.

Sorry I can't help more than that.
