    Hello Every one,

I have a domain hosted on to my cpanel server. But the home directory is getting converted to a executable file.
Is there any fix for this issue. It is happening most often, each time I need to restore the restore backup of the domain. Which is very irritating.

Here is my server configuration :

    WHM 9.4.0 cPanel 9.4.1-E54
    RedHat 7.3 - WHM X v3.1.0

Please help me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Regards,
    Shiv.

Are you talking about the "www" you see in the root of the account? That's not a directory. It's a link (symbolic link) to the "public_html" directory which is where the site is put.

    Complete Home directory

Nope, Not the www. Entire user directory. It normally happens with the cpanel server if the disk space is very less. But even when I have space on the server, the user home directory is getting converted to a executable file.
    I'm loosing every thing.
