Can you please elaborate on your situation. What do you mean by "home folder" and are you referencing something in the cPanel interface, WHM interface or somewhere else such as FTP?

I go to the cpanel, file manager then my home(root) folder.it shows no records found and when i want to upload a file into that folder a message saying you don't have permission to write appears.
