Hook for rotating domlog files for storaging before running stats and deleting

Hello:

I am not experienced programmer, so maybe someone could avoid some headaches for me.. :)

On 11.32+, you can use Standard Hooks functions for statistics to copy the files and rotate them before (pre) they are used for statistics purposes. This is what we have been recommending to those who need to meet these legal requirements.

Do someone has already programmed a Hook to do this? Has anybody a code or example code to do it? For me is not as easy..
