I'd love to add dimp (the ajax frontend to horde and imp) for all of my customers. Has anyone been able to do this?

This would be great, but I also have not a solution for that!

According to the dimp site, it's not even in release status yet, so you may want to wait until they nail down a few details.

I will add, however, that I am really looking forward to an implementation of a gmail killer or at least on par with gmail inside of cPanel.

    I tried RoundCube

I was not impressed with it. Was hoping dimp would be better. I would actually love to try using Zimbra, but I'm worried about it's integration with cpanel. I think cpanel should jump all over Zimbra.

Zimbra is way too much of a resource hog to consider, especially when you discount for the fact that it completely takes over the services on the server -- and is in beta.

I'm considering using @Mail too, Zimbra is not a good solution since it's mainly a mail-server, not a drop-in Webmail replacement. And $30/per-user for the commercial copy? Err ...

IMP & Dimp looks OK, but it's all beta, not polished yet, and don't really feel like waiting around for a solution ;-)

Cpanel should talk to @Mail and bundle it in the next Cpanel version, IMP and SQ are really bad man ...
