Been playing with horde trying to find something good about it. I've replaced all icons with this set from freshmeat: http://freshmeat.net/projects/horde-iconset

There are several directories of images that need replaced, seems horde uses them all no matter the theme a user selects:
    usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/imp/themes/graphics
    usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/ingo/themes/graphics
    usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/kronolith/themes/graphics
    usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/themes/graphics
    usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/turba/themes/graphics

That surely makes it look a bit nicer for me. (see attached image)
These do of course get wiped if you use scripts/fullhordereset.

So I wanted to try and setup the horde front page with some useful items to test. Most are worthless IMHO, other than the google search and some RSS feeds. On the feeds list is one for cPanel so I give that a go but it's giving me some errors. Some other areas do as well, like Calendar day view.

This one is using the mozilla theme w/new icons.

Interesting progress. I've been playing with the Horde Groupware Webmail distribution on some of my test servers. Don't forget to read the README-horde file in /usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl. It explains how to preserve your settings, etc, during a horde reinstall.

The first 'error' can be disabled by lowering the error reporting level in php.ini ( I think there is actually a setting specifically for that particular notice). The division by Zero error is caused by the version of Kronolith we provide. Both are solved in newer versions of horde, including the Groupware edition.

For those wanting to play with the groupware webmail edition (which looks nicer than the default), the patches we apply to horde are also in /usr/local/cpanel/src/3rdparty/gpl. Separate them and apply them and the Groupware Webmail edition will work (haven't tried any heavy lifting since I don't use webmail).
