horde error when login....

When loading the horde login page,following errors occur.

Warning: Failed opening '/usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/horde.php' for inclusion (include_path='/usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/:.') in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/lib/Registry.php on line 588

Do anyone know how to fix it?

That is the same problem I had when my box was new. I had cPanel fix it. It is a file ownership problem. I am sure if you search the forums you will find a fix.

I searched the forums and found the apparent fix.

chown -R cpanel:cpanel /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde

You can also use the cpanel scripts, /scripts/fullhordereset or /scripts/resethorde
