Seems that on newer cpanel versions (I'm on 11.23.6-STABLE_27698) new users that log into Horde for the first time are greeted with the following error:

Fatal error: Call to a member function hasPermission()...

The actual file name varies depending on the user's settings. Refreshing or logging out and logging back in corrects the issue.

Running a Horde reset does not correct the problem. Anyone else seeing this before I submit it as a bug to cPanel?

Can the users login using Squirrelmail, Roundcube or a regular MUA?

    Hi Ken,

Users can still log into Squirrelmail and Roundcube without a problem, the issue seems to only occur in Horde.
