Horde HTTP error 404

    Hi,

    While accessing Horde, am getting the following error:

    URL : https://xx.xx.xx.xx:2096/cpsess2416712056/horde/imp/services/portal/index.php

    HTTP error 404
    The requested page was not found.

    Possible reasons why you are seeing this page:
    • A bookmarked URL may have changed since you last visited.
    • The URL was entered incorrectly.
    • The URL was entered with inaccurate capitalization (URLs are case sensitive).
    Please re-check the URL you are trying to reach. (Go Back)


    /usr/local/cpanel/cpanel -V
    11.48.1 (build 3)

    mysqlcheck horde looks good, no crash report

    tried /scripts/fullhordereset as well

    Fatal Error:
    SQLSTATE[42S02]: Base table or view not found: 1146 Table 'horde.ingo_rules' doesn't exist
    In /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/php/54/lib/php/Horde/Db/Adapter/Base.php on line 551


    tried upcp--force , still no luck

    issue is fixed.

    mv /var/lib/mysql/horde /var/lib/mysql/horde_bkp

    Hello,

    I am happy to see you were able to resolve the issue. However, note that if you were deleting the database before reinstalling Horde, you should simply backup the database and drop it via phpMyAdmin or the MySQL command line instead of moving the directory.
