Horde permission issues

    failed to open stream: Permission denied in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/lib/php/Log/file.php on line 216

    /scripts/upcp --force

    The above working fine very cool

    in some cases it wont work. I had to delete /var/cpanel/horde/log/horde_0.log file, because the owner was set wrong.

    This is what worked for me :)

    ln -s /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock /tmp/mysql.sock

    Restart MySQL and try to login to Horde.
