    Make certain your pear install is complete. Try installing the Log package from the PEAR repository.

    Also, disable logging in the Horde configuration.

    The default logging section in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config.php looks like:

    Code:
    $conf['log']['priority'] = PEAR_LOG_WARN;
    $conf['log']['ident'] = 'HORDE';
    $conf['log']['params'] = array();
    $conf['log']['name'] = '/tmp/horde_' . getmyuid() . '.log';
    $conf['log']['params']['append'] = true;
    $conf['log']['type'] = 'file';
    $conf['log']['enabled'] = true;

    Change $conf['log']['enabled'] to false.

    Me too

    I put a symlink to the Log.php file into the directory it was looking for. Then I got a similar error for DB.php, which I also created a symlink for. After that, Horde just loaded a blank page with no output. I've tried running cPanel updates and also the "Apache Update" in WHM to make sure Pear was up to date.

    I'm running WHM 11.2.0 and cPanel 11.11.0-R16709, Apache/1.3.37

    I've got the same problem, but instead of making symlinks I needed to install all the requested pear packages.

    Current version:
    WHM 11.2.0 cPanel 11.11.0-R16715
    CENTOS Enterprise 4.5 x86_64 - WHM X v3.1.0

    fixed it!

    I found this page to be helpful: http://www.horde.org/horde/docs/?f=INSTALL.html

    I ran this command to make sure everything was installed:
    Code:
    pear install -o Log Mail Mail_Mime DB Date File
    Then used this command to find where it was looking for scripts:
    Code:
    pear config-show
    Look for this:
    Code:
     PEAR directory                 php_dir          /usr/local/lib/php
    I then added the above directory to my PHP.ini for the include_path variable:
    Code:
    include_path = "/usr/local/lib/php"
    Then a quick restart of Apache and voila! problem solved. With the maildir update, horde runs better than ever!

    I was facing same issue. I thought it was due to PEAR but I have converted mbox to maildir and this fixed the issue for me :)

    Had the same problem today :

    Code:
    /scripts/fullhordereset

    did NOT solve it.

    Executing :

    Code:
    pear install -o Log Mail Mail_Mime DB Date File

    however did. Seems like Horde is still depending on a lot of deprecated modules...

    I did the pear fix now it just sits there trying to redirect
    The page isn't redirecting properly

    Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete.

    I had a problem with phpmyadmin and horde doing this and here is the fix (worked for me) and it was given to me from cpanel tech support:

    Their fix:

    "We fixed it by copying over the binaries from /var/cpanel/3rdparty/bin to /usr/local/cpanel/bin/3rdparty for
    PHP"
