Horde reports no messages in Inbox

I just logged into Horde and it says "There are no messages in this mailbox." It was just working 2 hours ago I think the upcp broke something. My cpanel is 10.9.0 S35. What happened? Outlook still can retrieve the emails on server so thanksfully, it's not lost.

Try running the

/scripts/fullhordereset

Not really. This will reset all configs you did to horde to basic config (not user setting, but server settings).

After running that i also recommand you to run /scripts/upcp --force.

Should I be concerned about that error above? What is the Horde password and what is it used for? Should I change it?

Is the same hapening with neomail/squirelmail too ?

Maybe it's an IMAP problem...

Only affects Horde.

Well, this happened for the 4th time since. The command /scripts/fullhordereset doesn't fix it this time the Inbox and Spam folders are empty. What can I do now? Thanks so much.

EDIT: works after running /scripts/upcp --force
