Horde send mail issue Failed to connect to localhost:25

    I just the the error when sending email through Horde. Error as below. Anyone can help plz. Btw im using cpanel 11

    There was an error sending your message: Failed to connect to localhost:25 [SMTP: HELO was not accepted: (code: 550, response: Administrative prohibition)]
