We can change that Access List - pixel small to full for big pixel better.

Because We can't show IP Address lots of more would be the mess.

I do see your point that reading the comma-separated IP addresses in that field is difficult because it requires horizontal scrolling. However, since the feature isn't actually broken, this is better classified as a feature request. I encourage you to open a feature request for an improvement to the Host Access Control interface:
