Host problem

    If my domain is expired, is it possible for me to get the files on it?
    Note:I backed up the files on my site, and i can't login to my hosting plan.

    Root Administrator
    You can login using the IP address of the server if you know it. You may need to contact your hosting provider for that information in the case you do not know that offhand.

    Hello,

    Yes, You can get your site with IP address of server where your account is hosted.
    normally with cpanel server you can access it with http://IPaddress/~username

    Steps

    1- Contact your hosting provider, and get your server IP address, and login at the URL http://"0.0.0.0"the server IP:2082

    2- Click File Manager
    3- Select the backed up file
    4- Click the download Icon in the above toolbar of your cpanel interface.
