For some reason my host provider claim that i have their ips blocked on my server. I have looked through my whm blacklist, in the csf deny list but can not see anything. I have searched round all the obvious places but can not find their ip's anywhere, is there any other file that contain blocked ip's or deny ips, as i am at a loss at the moment.

I have even added them to ssh but they claim they can not access that either, any ideas or suggestions would be helpful.

You may want to see if they match anything in your reject or blackhole routes:

    # ip route list | grep -E 'blackhole|reject'

See if you see their IP in there anywhere. If you see it, then you can

    # ip route del <blackhole|reject> <IP>

Also, since you're using CSF, be sure to check:

    # csf -g <IP>
    # grep -rl "IP" /etc/csf*
