Host to make cert for new cpanel Certificate
    ------------
I want to install a valid ssl certtificate in WHM/Cpanel to stop alerts when using secure pop or access to cpanel with https://... Which host must I put in this form? The Main Shared Virtual Host IP xxx.xxx.xx.xxx or Hostname ns.mydomainserver.com??

    Thanks!!

you'll likely want to use the hostname of your server as the name for the SSL cert. But this still means that you have to use that domain for checking mail, etc... WHM can auto forward clients going to http://theirdomain.com/cpanel to the secure SSL version on the server's hostname, so there won't be any warnings there... but they'll have to check pop3 on the server's hostname as well, (and not their own domain).
