Hosting Account Welcome Email's not sent on succesful create module run

Hi,

My Product Welcome Email is no longer being sent when I run the create module process even though the module runs successfully.

I've checked in the product and my "Hosting Account Welcome Email" is set as the Welcome Email and the most recent module create in the Activity Log ran ok.

Module Create Successful - Service ID: 150

Nothing has changed within the email contents since it was last sent and all other emails are going out fine.

What do I check next?

Hey there! Can you get me more details on the "module" process you mention? Does this mean you're creating the account through an API call or other external means? If so, does creating an account directly through WHM work well?

@DigitalEssence 1st check if the email is in WHMCS -> System Logs -> Email Message log and Activity log.
If those are OK then check in Exim log, /var/log/exim_mainlog
