Hosting domain without creating DNS records or adding to localdomains

Dear Sirs,

I'm in search for a tweak, related to hosting a domain (ie. just website) without whm/cpanel creating the DNS records and the /etc/localdomains. We have customers that want to host just www at us but the DNS zone to be in their control on other servers, we can do this manually, but I'm in search of something more automatically or related.

Please advice me.
