    Hey,

I administer my own cpanel server, I have some linux experience. I wanted to know whether its possible to host java applications from cpanel.

Im particular I need to host this script:

Cyclos - Open source on-line banking software

    Thanks for help in advance.

If you mean Java / JDK, then it is available with cPanel. You can obtain Tomcat for the JDK, JSP and servlet support by installing Tomcat in WHM > EasyApache (Apache Update) in the Step 5 Short Options List area (or using /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/easyapache in command line). I am not seeing all options available for java unless Tomcat is installed, although you are welcome to try installing the program without installing Tomcat to see if the libraries you need already exist or not.
