    Hello @Nikolin,

Can you verify if a signed SSL certificate is installed for the "xxx.al" domain? If so, was it issued through AutoSSL? Also, what are you using for the mail server settings in the email client?

    Thank you.

    Hello @Nikolin,

We're happy to take a closer look at the affected system via a support ticket so we can verify the type of certificate that's installed. Feel free to post the ticket number here once the ticket is opened and we will link this thread to it.

    Thank you.

    Hello @Nikolin,

Can you provide more information regarding your last response? Is that the output for the primary domain name, or for the "mail" subdomain that you're using as the mail server name in your email client? Were you able to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look?

    Thank you.

    Hello @Nikolin,

We'll need to access the affected server via a support ticket in order to take a closer look to see why the "mail" subdomain isn't included as part of the installed SSL certificate. Please feel free to post the ticket number here once you are able to open it and we will update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
