Hostname zone file

It appears as though my hostname zone file deletes itself. At least once or twice a week, when I log in to WHM it tells me that there is no zone file for the hostname.

It then asks me to verify that the hostname and information is correct and rewrites the zone file. I also get an email from cpanel on my server letting me know that there is no zone fiel for my hostname.

What is the problem? Is this a known bug? Is there a fix for it?
