There are several spam websites that use images from my website. I have activated the hotlink but it is not working, what should I do for the hotlink to work properly.

Hey there! If the hotlink protection is enabled, but the images are still showing up, can you confirm they are being hotlinked? The best way to check that is the look at the access logs for the domain in question and see if you can find the external URLs accessing the image. Usually these would be in the form of a GET request for the resource.
