My new web host is using CPanel. I've been trying to get the hotlink protection working for my site but to no avail. I have things set so that my site, and my site only, can access my images. For the allowed extensions, I have that area blank. My site works perfectly fine with all images loading as they should.

While checking my stat packages, there are several people that can still hotlink to images on my server. My site is very image laden.

My image files are in an "Image" directory and a directory named "FullPics", my html files are in the root (public_html) directory. There is no .htaccess file in with my image or fullpics directory but there is one located in the root.

I've been playing with this for weeks now and cannot get it to work. If anyone can help me out with this, it would be very much appreciated.

You may be more successful looking for a php script that can protect you.
