    Hello!

We moved to a new server with the main IP blocked by hotmail.com so we request the delisting last saturday. Then the next day and until now, 4 days before. In total we completed the form more 10+ but didn't get any reply. The datacenter also completed it but hotmail.com looks on holidays.

    Any other idea?

    The form it's this:

I have always received a quick response from hotmail.

Either way.....this is not a cPanel issue. You could try out the Microsoft forums on this.

You could also check out this link: https://www.rackaid.com/blog/hotmail-blacklist-removal/

If the spam issue is not solved from your side, Hotmail will not delist you.

Check your rDNS records for the new IP and check that SPF / DKIM is setup properly for the domains.

That is the funniest, the block is not even ours, because a previous user had that IP.

While that may be the case.. Hotmail is generally fairly quick to delist, in my experience There may be a reason that they have not delisted *your* new IP yet. Check to make sure you do not have any scripts sending out spam. Also, make sure your server is correctly configured, otherwise your IP will not get delisted.

As others have correctly noted above, this isn't a Cpanel issue. If you continue to be listed after a couple more days, and it is not readily apparent to you why - it may be wise for you to contact an experienced sysadmin.

Also, do not expect to hear back from Hotmail. The listing/delisting process is pretty much automated. However, the fact that you have requested delisting "over 10 times" in the past few days may have caused a delay in this process.
