    This happens to me too. I have tried extremely hard to convince hotmail to whitelist me, but all they ever do is send a canned response about making sure my server is setup correctly, which I am definitely sure it is (spf, rdns, helo, etc. all setup properly to their recommendations)

    In my opinion, there is nothing you can do. The good news is that once the person sends you an email back from hotmail, it usually whitelists you in their individual mailbox (just them, not anyone else on hotmail).

    This is a hotmail issue, and there is probably nothing you can do about it.
