How and where to Configure Support Submit System for my Clients

I dont know how to configure SUPPORT TICKET SUBMIT SYSTEM in the cPanel of my clients.Someone please guide me.

This feature can be configured in WHM > Add-ons > Configure Support Request Submission

MAIN>>>cPanel 10.2.0 R82.>>>Add On Modules

I didnt find any module with that thing.I am using WHM 10.1.0 (which i hope is latest release as i clicked on Update and it updated but the version is same.)

So please give me a link in this format

I believe that this particular feature is an element of the cPanel Pro add-on.

You will need to install the cPanel pro add-on first.

Another possibility would be that you are logged into WHM as a reseller and don't have sufficient privileges.

You do not need cPanel Pro. The new Support Ticket application is found under Addon Scripts (not Addon Modules).

Depends which Support Submit system the OP is referring to, there are 2, one in cPanel Pro and one for users in Addon Scripts.
