How can change Ptr RDNS on WHM BIND

Hello,
My ptr record is 192.168.1.1.in-addr.arpa -> x.yyyy.com I want change it on
192.168.30.30.in-addr.arpa -> x.yyyy.com how can change this ?

Hello,

PTR records are generally only configurable by your data center or hosting provider. Have you checked with them to verify the permission to setup these records is delegated to your cPanel server?

Yes I set PTR on IP from Datacenter panel and it's ok second part but first part 192.168.30.30.in-addr.arpa can not change i want change first part ,
When check domain from intodns show 2 part
