How can i access my WHM resller's accounts

Hello all,
I am using WHM X v3.1.0.an i am using it to sell shared (cPanel) and reseller(WHM) hosting

I have a question that

when i create resller how can i login to his WHM using root password?

as i can login to my clients cPanel from WHM as a root user.

Two ways:
1) From YOUR WHM, click list accounts, click the little cpanel icon next to his/her account. When you're in their cpanel, scroll to the bottom and click their WHM icon.
2) Log in to their WHM address with their username and your root password.

Do these work for you?

(1) I can get a list of my clients in My WHM but no reseller in that list

I can only see resellers when i click on WHMreseller Master Resellers under Plugins Section.And go to Master reseller Section of my WHM.

There i see a button against each reseller i guess it shoud take me to their WHM but it does not whan i click on it it show me balnk page (No working).

(2) I cant even login using 2nd method which was using their username and root password

Help me giveing any other idea

cPanel doesn't nativly support the concept of sub-resellers. It sounds like you are using a third party plugin. You might get a better answer at the forum, or support channel, of the plugin maker.
