How can I change the message Bandwidth Limit Exceeded?

Hi guys.

well,

I need to change this message:

"Bandwidth Limit Exceeded
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to the site owner reaching his/her bandwidth limit. Please try again later."

how can i do it?...because my clients are not understading what it means, so i need to explain it all the time...=[
